Meet Robby Cooper

A good deal of Robby’s professional life has been spent in the construction industry. Having grown up the son of a master carpenter, it’s an industry he’s been around since he was a child. He began as a grunt worker out in the field doing concrete work and pavers/stone work. Most of these projects were residential and could be anything from a simple patio to custom pool and landscape designs. He then spent time working at a busy Boca Raton, FL print shop that specializes in blueprints. Boca is a very busy business center home to a number of world class construction and design firms. Robby used this exposure to hone his blueprint reading skills, and later landed a construction estimating role with LMG Custom Homes. He eventually returned to his Iowa roots as an estimator for Skogman Homes in Cedar Rapids. Robby transitioned to the solar industry in 2019 and saw quick success. Since then he has held positions training and managing solar sales teams at two other companies.
